ChromaDerm Aesthetics Ltd will only provide treatments/ Procedures when they believe it will benefit their clients.

You will be supported through consultation to make an informed decision on the best treatments, options, what to expect, costs, contraindications and aftercare.

Set out below are the terms on which ChromaDerm Aesthetics Ltd provides service to its clients.

Please ensure that you have read and fully understood them prior to booking any Consultations, Treatments/ Procedures.

Booking Fee
ChromaDerm requires a Booking fee of £25 prior to attending for an appointment. This is refunded should you need to cancel or reschedule (giving 48 hours’ notice). When you attend for your consultation, the deposit will be deducted from any treatment/ procedure cost you book. Failure to give the full notice will result in the deposit being taken by the clinic.

Consultation Appointments
At the ChromaDerm Clinic, every client receives a thorough, comprehensive consultation by a knowledgeable and experienced practitioner. You will be required to complete a comprehensive health questionnaire prior to your initial consultation. Health questionnaires should be completed in advance of your consultation time and we ask you to attend for your appointment time 15 minutes early.

The importance of a comprehensive consultation is to assess your skin on whether treatments/ procedures are suitable for you, or likely to be successful. This is prior to any treatment/ procedure being carried out.

If a treatment/ procedure is not recommended, ChromaDerm will inform you as to the reasons.

Even if you may wish to have a particular treatment, if our practitioner does not believe it is in your best interest or detrimental to your health and wellbeing, they will decline to treat you.

In this instance, you will only be liable for the cost of the initial consultation/ booking fee, where applicable.

ChromaDerm understands the importance of sensitivity, empathy and setting realistic achievable goals for our client’s skin.

Our practitioner will discuss treatments and procedures and base recommendations to you based on the best achievable outcomes.

ChromaDerm are here to help you (our client) with all the necessary information and medical information you may need to make an informed decision about the treatment and procedure

Your responsibility
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have provided ChromaDerm with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment.
ChromaDerm will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details.

Deposits and Payment
For one-off treatments, a deposit of 50% will be charged following the consultation for the procedure/ treatment.

For package treatments, deposits of 50% will be calculated on the total price of the package. Should deposits remain unclaimed by the client following twelve months of inactivity, ChromaDerm reserves the right to withhold the deposit paid

You have 7 working days to cancel the treatment booked, beginning the day after you made a booking. If your treatment starts within the cancellation period, then your right to cancel ends the day you start treatment.

For all treatments cancelled within this period, a full refund of the deposit will be paid back to you

All treatment courses must be taken within 12 months of the date of purchase; any treatments left untaken after 12 months will be forfeited

Clients who have purchased a course of treatment but fail to attend their appointment will be charged for their missed treatment.

Please note clients can reschedule their existing booked appointment for a maximum of three times. Any further rescheduling will be at the discretion of ChromaDerm. Too many rescheduling per client in a very short time frame causes our business disruptions which can affect our existing clients.

ChromaDerm wants to ensure disruptions are set to a minimum and provide all our clients the best flexibility and assured times possible.

Please note that treatment exchanges are available upon discretion

If you have paid for a course of treatments and are subsequently unable to complete the course, we will offer you a refund, calculated by deducting the full list price of all treatments already taken, plus any charged for non-attendance, from the total price of the course of treatments, and return the difference to you.

You will be contacted via a text message 48 hrs. prior to your appointment reminding you of your upcoming appointment.
Cancellations can be made by phone, email or in person at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment

ChromaDerm aim to accommodate late arrivals however, there may be times when a late arrival may result in reduced consultation time, or we may have to reschedule your appointment/ treatment session.

Prior to your appointment, the practitioner will inform you of any preparation required in advance of your treatment. Failure to follow the guidelines may result in cancellation of your appointment, reduced treatment time, or additional fees being charged.
ChromaDerm highly recommend that you schedule your appointments at least one week in advance to ensure that your preferred time and treatment or procedure is available.

ChromaDerm recognise that you may wish to bring a Family member or friend with you for your appointment. We reserve the right to restrict this to 1 additional person only. Failure to comply with this rule, may result in a cancelled appointment and additional costs incurred by you

You will be required to give signed consent to any treatment or procedure. You may withdraw that consent at any point or terminate your treatment verbally.

The practice of medical aesthetics and the expected results are not guaranteed. ChromaDerm emphasise the importance of qualified, trained aesthetic practitioners experienced in “SKIN” to undertake an extensive health and skin assessment before advising treatments/ procedures. Results vary from person to person and depend on several factors, some of which cannot always be predicted. Our practitioner will apply best practice and up-to-date researched techniques to help achieve the agree, desired outcome. Please note there can be no guarantees as to the final outcome and your expectations and the predicted realistic outcome may be different.

Complications / Contra-indications
Although rare, some procedures have well-documented complications. You specifically may have higher risk factors. These will be discussed during the consultation with your practitioner and all measures will be taken to minimise any such risk.

In the very unlikely event of a complication, you should contact ChromaDerm as soon as possible. In the event of a complication being more serious and you need further treatment outside of our practitioner’s expertise, arrangements will be made for you to be treated in the NHS or if you wish, privately at your own cost.

Please note it is possible that any private medical insurance may not cover complications arising from non-surgical aesthetic treatments.

Child Policy (Under 16s)
We regret that we cannot allow children under the age of 16 to enter the clinic. Please be aware that we will have to turn you away if you bring someone under the age of 16 with you – for their own safety. We will endeavour to assist you or reschedule your appointment if this presents a problem for you.

New patients will forfeit their consultation fee and existing patients will be a charged cancellation fee of £60.

ChromaDerm prices are a guide and subject to confirmation at the time of consultation.

Prices displayed on all our Sites are correct at the time of display, however, we reserve the right to alter prices from time to time without notice.

ChromaDerm makes every effort to maintain our prices, but these may be subject to variations caused by factors beyond our control.

Prices displayed are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of value added tax (VAT) at the current UK standard rate for purchases made within the UK.

Customers Obligations
By making any booking, you confirm that you are aged 18 years or older, are legally able to make purchases and are not ordering on behalf of someone less than 18 years of age.

You confirm that you are not suffering from any condition that requires professional medical attention.

You agree to use your correct name, address and date of birth and to supply any other details reasonably requested.

Data Protection
ChromaDerm takes our data protection responsibilities seriously and will not share your personal information or details of your treatments/ procedures with any third parties.

ChromaDerm will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the client.

The client agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by, or on behalf of, ChromaDerm regarding the care of a treated area.

Your right to complain
ChromaDerm endeavours to treat all its clients appropriately, compassionately, fairly and with dignity. If, however, you have an issue with any matter in relation to your treatment at ChromaDerm, you are entitled to lodge a complaint, either verbally, by telephone or in writing. If you require assistance with making your complaint, ChromaDerm will be pleased to help.

Force Majeure
ChromaDerm shall not be liable for failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions owing to any act or event beyond its control including but not limited to natural disasters, Acts of God, riots, civil commotion, strikes, shortage of supplies, lock-outs, industrial action, war, disease or fire.

ChromaDerm Website and Material

Without written consent you must not:

  1. Republish material from this website (including republication on another website);
  2. Sell, rent or sub-license material from our website;
  3. Show any material from our website in public;
  4. Reproduce, duplicate, copy or otherwise exploit material on our website for a commercial purpose;
  5. Edit or otherwise modify any material on our website; or
  6. Redistribute material from this website except for content specifically and expressly made available for redistribution (such as our newsletter).

Licence to use website
Unless otherwise stated, ChromaDerm owns the intellectual property rights in the website and material on the website. Subject to the licence below, all these intellectual property rights are reserved.

You may view, download, and print pages from the website for your own personal use, subject to the restrictions set out below

Acceptable use
